Instructor. Sa Bom Nim Elder has been training in the martial arts for over 32 years under the direction of Sa Bom Nim
Russell Colston, a 8th degree Master. She has taught for Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation for over 25 years. In addition,
Sa Bom Nim Elder also teaches classes at the Spotsylvania YMCA located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
