Spotsylvania Soo Bahk Do

Welcome to the Spotsylvania Soo Bahk Do Website! Our instructor is Master Sharon Elder-Hauger, a 4th Degree Master Instructor. Sa Bom Nim Elder-Hauger has been training in the martial arts for over 24 years under the direction of Sa Bom Nim Russell Colston, a 7th degree Master. She has taught for Spotsylvania Parks and Recreation for over 20 years. In addition, Sa Bom Nim Elder-Hauger also teaches classes at the Spotsylvania YMCA located in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Congratulations to our Candidates!

The 122nd Region 3 Dan Shim Sa was held on October  18th in Hedgesville, West Virginia.  Six Cho Dan  Candidates  tested from our school!  Congratulations to Ed, Mariah, Mitchell, Brion, Nate and Jeffrey for their outstanding spirit!   We are all very proud of you!
